Return & Refund Policy

At Bagoria, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers must request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if:

    • The product received is damaged, or

    • The wrong product was delivered.

  • A clear unboxing video is required to process any damage or wrong product claims.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for a fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 100.

  • No restocking fee is applied.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

  • Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via Email or WhatsApp support.
